New Pathways for Youth, a 501(c)(3) organization since 1989, continues to positively impact at-risk youth. Today over 500 youth are mentored annually with the goal of empowering them to fulfill their potential in the development of life skills. Since it’s inception in August 2015, Integrative Core Energy Coaching Network has strongly supported individuals as well as organizations in achieving their goals. Brian Wood, ICE Team member, exemplified this during his presentation to New Pathways for Youth on May 18, 2016.
The objective of the presentation included:
- Discovering your typical energy level as well as how your energy levels fluctuate during the day
- Learning the process that helps you develop a personally effective style of leadership to positively influence yourself as well as those with whom you work and/or interact.
- Recognizing the ineffective mindset
- Developing the ability to adjust your mindset appropriately to allow
